The Apply Now button on the right will take you to the Applicant Portal. There, you can create and submit your application and supporting documents, and you can also request your references.

An application is only complete when:

  1. you have submitted your application and supporting documents via the Applicant Portal

  3. your referees have provided their references.

If you miss the deadlines specified in this section, you will not be able to submit your application.

Interviews will be held via video conference, or in person, if the applicant is in Cambridge already.

You must attend an online mathematics and statistics pre-sessional course starting on 1 September 2022 and complete it by 2 October 2022.  We shall assume that, by accepting this offer, you are also confirming that you will complete this course. You do not need to be on campus for the course.

Further information regarding the online pre-sessional will be provided by the department in due course.

For further information about your offer conditions please see the Offer Booklet.

Selection Process

Applications will be considered as they are received, on a rolling admissions basis, from November 2021 until the closing date in May 2022. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an online interview, normally via a video-conference call such as Teams or Zoom. Applicants should expect to hear whether they have been successful within six weeks following the submission of their completed application and required supporting documents.
