Apply using the Applicant Portal
The Apply Now button on the right will take you to the Applicant Portal, where you can create and submit your application and supporting documents, and request references.
An application is only complete when:
- you have submitted your application and supporting documents via the Applicant Portal
- you have paid the £60 application fee
- your referees have provided their references.
If you miss the deadlines specified in this section, you will not be able to submit your application.
All applications are subject to submission of an approved proposal and the availability of a suitable
supervisor. Applicants must contact potential supervisors informally for discussions before they make their
formal applications and they must name the potential supervisor on the application. Interviews may be requested on a case by case basis.
Selection Process
Applications are considered on a rolling basis; therefore applicants will receive decisions throughout the period the admissions window is open and in the weeks following its closure. Applicants are encouraged to apply early as programmes have a limited number of places each year, and are particularly advised to note relevant funding deadlines when making their application. Ranking of candidates recommended for funding will take place on a gathered field basis as necessitated by the funding deadlines.
