Expected Academic Standard

Applicants for this course should have achieved a UK High II.i Honours Degree.

If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.

For this programme, you will require:

  • A first degree in Psychology or a related field such as Sociology, Medicine, Public Health with a minimum classification of a high upper second (2.1) or equivalent,
  • Passing an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and Health Check, In the case of overseas applicants an equivalent to the DBS check or disclosure/ statement of truth.
  • Evidence of commitment to the programme ethos

Also desirable is experience working in services and research in an area related to Clinical Psychology, such as:
▪ Mental Health
▪ Public Health
▪ Social Services
▪ Neuroscience/Biomedical
