Expected Academic Standard
Applicants for this course should have achieved a Good II.i Honours Degree.
If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.
A first or upper-second-class UK honours degree or overseas equivalent is essential, and it is preferable that this is in a construction-related discipline. However, there is also provision to accept non-standard applicants who do not satisfy the standard academic criterion, providing that they provide evidence of relevant and equivalent experience, expertise and demonstrate their suitability for the course. Please contact us using the details under 'Enquiries' to learn more about the non-standard route.
Applicants should have exhibited clear progression within their career and have already attained a leadership role or have been identified as potential leaders in their organisations, preferably in a construction or infrastructure-related field.
