Apply using the Applicant Portal

The Apply Now button on the right will take you to the Applicant Portal. There, you can create and submit your application and supporting documents, and you can also request your references.

An application is only complete when:

  1. you have submitted your application and supporting documents via the Applicant Portal
  2. you have paid the application fee if applicable. For further information on application fees, and which courses require an application fee, see here.
  3. your referees have provided their references.

Applicants will be required to provide supporting documents as part of their application:

  • Undergraduate degree certificates & transcripts (translated into English if applicable);

  • Evidence of coaching qualification & practical experience;

  • Personal statement providing information about motivation for applying for the course and to outline relevant practical coaching experience (please do not exceed 1000 words);

  • CV or Resume

  • Employer letter of support (applicants are expected to have support from their employer in undertaking the MSt. This can be provided either at the time of submitting the application or shortly after);

  • References (applicants will need to provide the details of two referees. These should be for one academic and one professional reference. If applicants have previously studied the Certificate or Diploma in Coaching with PACE, they may list their Tutor as a referee.

Selection Process

All applications are considered on a gathered field after the closing date. All short-listed applicants will be invited to interview with two members of the academic team.

    Either academic or professional – please see our References guidance for more information about which type you need. Your referees will need to have submitted their reference by the course deadline.
  • Transcript
  • CV/resume
  • Evidence of competence in English

  • ICE - MSt Coaching

Gates Cambridge Scholarships

If you wish to be considered for a Gates Cambridge Scholarship you will also need to provide the following:

  • Gates Cambridge Reference
  • Research Proposal (PhD applicants only)
