Applicants for this course should have achieved a Good II.i Honours Degree.

Completion of, or release from, any current training or education course is required. Applications are invited from doctors who have completed their foundation one year of postgraduate training up to consultant level and from primary, secondary and tertiary care and from other professions allied to medicine that are involved in teaching students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It is a requirement that students should have had at least one year of experience as a teacher prior to starting the course.
