Expected Academic Standard
Applicants for this course should have achieved a UK Good II.i Honours Degree.
If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.
The course is a professional practice programme designed for students from an engineering background with some postgraduate work experience in the engineering industry.
Students accepted on the programme have well-developed technical skills in engineering, science or other quantitative disciplines.
For UK degrees, an M.Eng. is preferred.
This course allows you to use one professional referee, as well as one academic referee, even if you have only recently left higher education. If you have been out of higher education for more than 6 years, you may use two professional referees, in line with our general rules (see References to support your Cambridge application | Postgraduate Study).
