Apply using the Applicant Portal
The Apply Now button on the right will take you to the Applicant Portal. There, you can create and submit your application and supporting documents, and you can also request your references.
An application is only complete when:
- you have submitted your application and supporting documents via the Applicant Portal
- you have paid the application fee if applicable. For further information on application fees, and which courses require an application fee, see here.
- your referees have provided their references.
Applicants to Cambridge must have:
already applied for the Transformative Technologies in Pharmaceutical Science via the University of Oxford application portal by 15 May 2026. Applications should be made through the Transformative Technologies in Pharmaceutical Science (BBSRC CDT) | Oxford University portal by Friday 15 May 2026 at 12:00 midday UK time.
received an invitation to submit an application to the University of Cambridge for the Transformative Technologies in Pharmaceutical Science.
Selection Process
Applicants are considered as a gathered field and shortlisted by an academic leadership committee for the Transformative Technologies for Pharmaceutical Science programme.
Shortlisted applicants selecting University of Cambridge as their host institution will be requested to apply for admission to the University of Cambridge through the Applicant Portal (using the Apply now button on the right).
You should not submit an application to Cambridge unless you've received an invitation inviting you to do so.
Applications will be verified in accordance with university policies and guidance.
