Expected Academic Standard

Applicants for this course should have achieved a Good II.i Honours Degree.

If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.

Applicants for this course should normally hold a relevant UK first or good II.i honours degree or its overseas equivalent.

Students joining the MSt course are also expected to have at least three years' experience in a relevant professional setting, such as finance, investment, real estate, or one of the more general built-environment professions. In some cases, candidates may have a professional qualification in the discipline.

Those applicants who do not meet the standard entry criteria but who have alternative qualifications or experience and the potential to bring valuable assets to the programme will be evaluated on an individual basis and may be required to provide further materials in support of their application.
