Applicants & Continuing students

If you are a new applicant or a continuing student who is applying for a new course of study and you need your fee status re-assessed for your new application, please follow this guidance:

We use the evidence you submitted in your application to decide your fee status. If you believe that your fee status is incorrect we will need the following information in order to carry out a fee status reassessment:

  1. A completed copy of the Fee Status Assessment Questionnaire
  1. Supporting evidence as suggested in the questionnaire
  1. Any other evidence you think would be relevant/helpful

If you are an unconfirmed applicant with a conditional offer you should upload these documents to your Self-Service account under the ‘fee status’ category.

If you are a confirmed applicant, you should email these documents to pg.admissions@admin.cam.ac.uk.

Please note that we do not accept requests for fee status before the point of offer.

Current students

If you are already studying a postgraduate course at the University of Cambridge and you would like to request a re-assessment of your fee status in relation to your current course of study please complete the Fee Status Assessment Questionnaire and return this to FeeStatusandPolicy@admin.cam.ac.uk.
