Funding Opportunities
All successful Home applicants who meet EPSRC eligibility criteria, will receive full funding (fees and maintenance) covering all four years of the course. Please see the Eligibility page on the EPSRC website and our website for more information.
Some funding is also available to cover approved project-specific travel costs.
A number of additional funding sources are available to both overseas and UK applicants. In addition to the normal University competitions, funding from CDT industry partners may also be available. No additional application is normally required to apply for this funding; however, applicants must indicate their desire to be considered for funding in the 'How to Apply for Funding' section of the application.

Please note that fees shown for the PhD portion of the course are an estimate based on the current PhD fee. Fees applicable to your year of entry to the PhD have not yet been confirmed, but are likely to be 5 percent higher than the estimate presented.
