Got a question about the Postgraduate Open Days? We’ve gathered the most common queries below to help you prepare.
The Virtual Postgraduate Open Days are an opportunity for prospective applicants to learn all about postgraduate study at the University of Cambridge.
The event takes place entirely online and features around 100 live online webinars held over the course of two weeks in November.
The webinars involve live presentations and Q&A sessions about a range of topics, including course subjects, Colleges, funding, and the application process.
Academic staff and current students will be available to provide information and to answer your questions throughout the programme.
The Postgraduate Open Days will be held on 3–14 November 2025.
Week 1 (3–7 November) will focus on subjects. You'll be able to find out about specific courses, explore your subject in detail, and put your questions to our academics, current students and other staff. Each day will feature webinars from a different academic school.
Week 2 (10–14 November) will cover the Cambridge Colleges and pastoral support. You'll be able to hear about our Colleges, learn about funding and other areas, and watch recordings of the subject webinars from the previous week.
The Open Days are for prospective postgraduate applicants.
